The Jardine Internship Programme will give you first-hand experience of what a career at Jardines is like. Our six-week programme is designed to expose you to our diverse business. Over the duration of your internship, you’ll work for one of our business units in Hong Kong. The programme will enable you to immerse yourself in Jardines’ culture while you’ll also take part in a variety of projects and social events including:

You’ll take full ownership of your work along with support from enterprising colleagues and a manager, who will map out project expectations, provide guidance and deliver a post-performance assessment.

The professional skills, experiences and relationships gained here will help you as you make the ascent to becoming a Jardine Executive Trainee (JET). Interns who successfully complete the internship will be rewarded with a fast-track invitation to the Jardine Executive Trainee Scheme (JETS) Assessment Centre.

ASSESSMENT CENTRE
(IN PERSON)

This is the final stage of our process. The assessment centre consists of both group and individual exercises, including a business case presentation and various interview panels. This is a great opportunity for you to get to know our business, people and culture.
